How We Collect Information

We collect information when you submit a booking request, upload artwork, enquire about hosting a screen, submit a community event or activity, recommend a location, sign up for ADZO Updates, manage your advertising, contact us, make a payment or otherwise use our website and services. We may also receive information from payment, website, email and hosting providers where needed to deliver the service.

How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

  • review, confirm and manage advertising bookings;
  • prepare, check and schedule artwork;
  • take payments and keep subscriptions aligned with approved locations;
  • respond to enquiries and location recommendations;
  • assess proposed host venues and contact you about hosting a screen;
  • assess Community submissions, contact you about the details and prepare suitable event or activity information for promotion;
  • send service messages about bookings, payments and advertising;
  • protect our website, customers and systems; and
  • meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.

ADZO Updates signup is voluntary. Submitting an enquiry, booking request or Community form does not automatically subscribe you. We send ADZO Updates when you choose to subscribe. You can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time. Service emails about an active enquiry, booking or payment may still be necessary.
