Advertising Terms

Last updated: 14 October 2026

These terms apply to screen advertising supplied by ADZO (ABN 52 661 383 651). These terms cover your booking, any requested design work and the advertising payments you authorise.

1. Booking Requests & Confirmation

Submitting the booking form is a request and does not guarantee a location or start date. ADZO will check availability and confirm the locations, artwork requirements and launch timing with you. Requested dates are not guaranteed. Any change to locations or the agreed start date will be confirmed with you before launch.

2. Pricing & Payment

Screen advertising is $99 + GST per approved location, per week. The minimum initial booking is one week. Any ADZO A-Team design fee is a separate one-off cost, confirmed and paid upfront before design begins. It is not added to your weekly subscription.

No advertising charge is taken from a booking request alone. Stripe securely processes payments and stores your authorised payment method. Paying for design or completing card setup does not start weekly billing. You authorise the weekly amount shown in your secure setup for the agreed locations, beginning when your approved ad goes live on the date agreed with you. The first advertising week is charged at launch and advertising then renews weekly until cancelled. If launch is delayed, billing must be delayed with it. A change to locations before launch requires updated payment authorisation.

3. Adding or Removing Locations

You may request additional locations through your secure ADZO management link. Additional locations are subject to availability and may start later than the original booking. ADZO will approve them when the ad is ready to go live there. They share the existing weekly billing date; the increased total applies from the next weekly renewal, with no charge for the part-week before that renewal. The updated total will be confirmed. The initial booking uses one agreed start date for all its locations.

You may schedule an active location to finish at any time. It remains active until the end of the current paid week, then future weekly charges for that location stop. If all locations are removed, no further weekly charge is scheduled after the current paid week ends. You can request advertising again later, subject to availability and a new confirmation.

4. Advertising Schedule

Each approved ad is a 15-second static or animated spot in continuous rotation. Your ad plays at least once every 5 minutes while the venue is open, and more often when fewer ads are in rotation. Our advertising continuity commitment is set out in section 9.

5. Artwork

Finished artwork must meet ADZO’s required specifications: 1080 × 1920 px, portrait; JPG or PNG for a static ad, or a silent MP4 exactly 15 seconds long; maximum file size 25 MB. All artwork is subject to ADZO approval before it goes live.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for all supplied content. Artwork must not be unlawful, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, offensive, unsafe or infringe another person’s intellectual property or privacy. ADZO may reject or pause artwork that does not meet these requirements.

6. ADZO A-Team Design

If you ask the ADZO A-Team to design your ad, you must provide accurate wording, logos, images and other requested brand material. The confirmed design fee covers the agreed scope. Extra concepts, major changes or work outside that scope may cost more, but we will confirm any additional charge before doing the work. Design payment does not start advertising or weekly billing. We will provide the finished artwork for your approval and agree the launch date. Delays in supplying material or approving artwork may move that date. Advertising starts only once the final artwork is approved and the first advertising payment succeeds.

7. Changing Creative

To replace an active advertisement, email hello@adzo.com.au with the new finished artwork or your design request. Updated artwork must be checked and approved before it is scheduled. Reasonable lead time may be required. Any additional design or redesign work will have an agreed scope and a separate one-off payment link, payable before work begins. It does not restart your subscription or change the weekly advertising amount. Existing approved advertising continues unless we agree otherwise.

8. Failed Payments

If the first advertising payment fails, the ad will not launch until payment is resolved and a launch date is reconfirmed. If a later payment fails or remains overdue, ADZO may pause the affected advertising until payment is resolved. We will not knowingly charge for locations you have not requested and ADZO has not approved.

9. Advertising Continuity

We look after the screens so you can focus on your business. Any unexpected downtime affecting your advertising will be made up with the same amount of advertising time or more, at no extra cost. We’ll confirm any make-up time with you. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are unaffected.

10. Liability & Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, ADZO is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or loss caused by content or information supplied by you.

11. Privacy

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply to future bookings and, where relevant, ongoing services after reasonable notice. If a material change adversely affects an ongoing service, you may cancel before it takes effect.

13. Contact

For questions or booking support, contact our ADZO A-Team. You can manage your active locations through Manage Your Ads. To send replacement artwork, email hello@adzo.com.au.
